1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Drape AI Studio website and AI-powered image generation platform
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service
• "Content" refers to images, text, and other materials uploaded or generated through our Service
• "Credits" refers to the virtual currency used to access our image generation services

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Services and Pricing

Our services are offered on a credit-based system with the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 100 credits/month - INR 0
• Starter: 12,000 credits/month - INR 2,999/month
• Pro: 35,000 credits/month - INR 6,999/month
• Enterprise: 80,000 credits/month - INR 12,999/month

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%).

4. Credit Packs (One-time Purchase)

• Mini Pack: 2,000 credits - INR 449
• Standard Pack: 8,000 credits - INR 1,499
• Bulk Pack: 40,000 credits - INR 5,999
• Mega Pack: 150,000 credits - INR 17,999

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload images of real people without their consent
• Generate inappropriate, offensive, or adult content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of images you upload to our Service
• You are granted a license to use AI-generated images for commercial purposes
• Our Service, including AI models and software, remains our intellectual property
• You may not claim ownership of our underlying technology or AI models

7. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marauder Systems LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are non-refundable

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
