Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on Drape AI Studio, operated by Marauder Systems LLP.

1. Subscription Plans

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until your billing period ends
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the billing period

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund available within 7 days of first subscription purchase if no credits have been used
  • Prorated refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service use
  • No refunds for subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day period
  • No refunds for unused credits at the end of billing period (credits expire monthly)

2. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchase)

  • Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits from packs do not expire and carry forward indefinitely
  • Refunds may be considered within 24 hours of purchase if no credits have been used
  • Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packs

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: Persistent technical issues preventing service use that we cannot resolve
  • Billing Error: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Service Unavailability: Extended service outages exceeding 48 hours
  • Unauthorized Charges: Verified unauthorized transactions on your account

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image quality (subjective preferences)
  • Failure to use credits before subscription period ends
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Change of mind after credits have been used
  • Inability to use the service due to user's technical issues
  • Price changes after purchase

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@drapeai.studio with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation

6. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 5-7 additional days for the amount to reflect
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

7. Subscription Downgrades

  • You can downgrade your subscription at any time
  • Downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period
  • No refunds or credits for the difference in plan prices
  • Unused credits above the new plan's limit will be forfeited

8. Free Trial

  • Free tier users can upgrade to paid plans at any time
  • No payment information is required for the free tier
  • Free tier credits (100/month) cannot be converted to paid credits

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund, your account will be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
